BRG books as the daily rate. Daily rate is fully flexible rate, so you pay at checkout.

My husband and I are thinking to join you but do we really have to book 2 rooms then? How could the Churchill link our 2 rooms and where would be the sense in that?

In order to address a few questions I have received:

1) The terms and conditions provided on the website were provided to me by Hyatt Gold Passport. Hyatt customer service may not know about the promotions (yet), but the terms and conditions are correct.

2) The diamond trial begins 30th July. If you register after the 30th July, nights will be counted from the 30th July.

3) All gold and platinum HGP members will be enrolled in the diamond trial (as long as you agree to t+c on website), regardless of whether you have had a trial before.

4) At the start of the trial, those enrolled will receive 4 suite upgrade certificates. If you do not qualify for diamond these will disappear after the trial, although you can use all of them before the trial runs out. If you do qualify, you will receive a further 4 certificates in March 2013.

5) If there are 2 HGP members sharing a room, in order for both to qualify for the HGP promotions, you will need to book 2 2-night stays (1 in each name) and ask the Churchill to link the stays. You must have a qualifying stay hit during the do in order to qualify for the promotions.

6) With regards to the tiered bonus promotion, the bonus points are awarded in one go past 19 nights i.e. night 19 is worth 25,000 points and night 30 is worth 50,000 points - there is no bonus for nights inbetween 19 and 30.

If you & your husband both want the bonus points / Diamond challenge you would individually have to book 2 nights each (don't have to be 2 rooms - but a total of 4 consecutive nights - the suggestion to link the reservations is only so that you won't have to change rooms).

If both of you just want to attend (your husband as your +1), you can just book for 2 nights in your name and he should be able to attend at your +1.

You can both come in 1 room, but only one of you can register for the HGP promotions. If you both want to participate in bonus points/diamond trial/extra suite upgrade certificates, you would need to each have 2 qualifying nights. The Churchill could link the bookings so you were in the same room for 4 nights.

I am interested. Already made reservation with Hyatt Churchill. The rate came in as 276 excluding tax.

This is a mistake with hotel website. The rate is 276 inc tax. You also need to register at www.hyattlondondo2012.weebly.com

I registered on the web site for everything but the brunch on Sunday. I did not pay for the Virgin Atlantic excursion as I understand it is full. I would like to waitlist.

i just canīt understand , according to the t&c, why i get 25.000 points for 18 nights, but 55.000 points for 19 nights [During the 90 days]. where is this marked ?

or does it mean : 30.000 for the 18 nights + 25.000 for one night more => all in all 19 nights--- ?

That's just the structure that Hyatt and price123 has negotiated. It's the second way 30,000 points for the first 18 nights (or more simply just 3,000 points per night) and 25,000 just for the 19th night. See the first post in this thread - which will contain most of the relevant information that's important - that's the way Do threads here on Flyertalk are organized.
