Just a question (not trying to flame, brag, or anything like it) but how is it possible to be granted VIP status when on the system there is no VIP code for my reservation? I asked the staff and they said they don't have VIP code on their system for the property I stayed in 
Also, all staff members seems to know my name (apparently a part of the VIP status in Hyatt as some have claimed here?)
