E-Folios not opening online?
I've had this problem ever since I became a Diamond member. They all used to open just fine when I clicked them in my account detail page, but since then I haven't been able to access any of them. I just get the pop-up telling me to call a number.
I had asked the phone reps before about this, and they either didn't know, or said it was being fixed. But it's been like this for me for a couple months now. Has anyone else experienced this? |
Yep, none of mine will open either and I get the same message.

Mine have not opened for at least 6 months or longer. I have given up on it

Same here. Should we take it up with one of our Hyatt contacts?

No folios here either - I'll call attention to GP when I next have contact - although they do monitor our forum so theyll see this.

The last I was able to open a folio was in either November or December. Haven't been able to since.

I complained about this when I called them on the Diamond line a month or so ago and they told me they were aware of this problem. They said the efolio system had some problem with it and that if I needed a folio, I had to submit this form to have it manually emailed/faxed to me:

I suspect this has to do with Hyatt's new res system, which also had to do with the inability to extend NBT award in Mar. And also, we can't book BWB award online as did with FFN. Don't know what's good about the new system.

When I needed to get a stay credit corrected recently, my Private Line rep asked me to fax her my folio. She told me she could not access it due to the Hyatt Privacy Policy!

I'm sure the brain surgeons in Hyatt's IT department are working on it.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
