I was looking for something today and came across this tax file from 2009. Check out Page 2 under August!!!

I have been wanting a Hyatt FOREVER! There was talks that it would anchor the Flatirons Mall at one point...
The Renaissance and the Omni do well, because there is no competition...

Hyatt is really forcing the issue with Hyatt Place and wants to grow the award-winning brand asap, so without knowing the area at all (
) , I guess it will become a HP.

My money is on HP, also, given the $9M price tag on the pdf file. But as a parent who has spent plenty of weekends in hotels for youth sports tournaments, a HSS might position them to book lots of weekends throughout the summer months in addition to business stays during the week.

I found it!!!
I will take a picture of it when I drive by ... but it is a HSS and it is RIGHT BY US!!!
I talked to Diamond today and they had no idea it was being built!!!

Sounds good. How far along is it? A 2010 opening would be great. I didn't see it on the link that someone posted in the "HSS at Denver Airport" thread.

Pretty close...
I only noticed it, because it is pretty far along. It definitely LOOKS like a hotel, not just a structure! Woo Hoo!!!

HI everyone ... it is the building that is the first building EAST of I-36 when you are crssing over StorageTek drive from Flatirons, directly across from the old StorageTek (soon to be Conoco Phillips) Property! Yippee!
