FFN and stays

Quick question for you guys as I can't seem to find my answer with search this morning.

If I stay at HP#1 on Friday night. Stay nowhere on Saturday night. Stay at HP#1 on Sunday night. Will that count as 1 stay or 2 stays when concerned with earning FFN?

Thanks!

From T&C:
[...] A stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one property. Back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at a single Hyatt are considered one stay.[...]

Two stays. I have done this many times.

Throw in Saturday night at a different Hyatt property and you have a 3 stay weekend. I have to drive 80 to 120 miles to get in weekend stays so I try to maximize hotel hopping when going for promotions.

Actually I live less than 2 miles from Hyatt Regency Monterey and 8 miles from Hyatt Highlands Inn, but the prices there on weekends...

In the Chicago suburbs, you could do this on a weekend in Schaumburg. HP Friday night, walk across parking lot to HR for Saturday, walk back across to HP for Sunday. 3 stays, 1.5 FFN, probably less than $300

Thanks! It was a difference in price of $59 at Hyatt Place #1 and $99 at Hyatt Place #2. I know about hotel hopping but didn't know how hyatt considered it.

What if you paid for a stay on friday night, used a FFN on saturday, and paid for a day on sunday? Would that be 1 or 2 stays?

If its at the same hotel it would count as 1 stay.
