Again this "Beginning on your second eligible stay, you will receive double points...:" thing. Silly rule..... I have a 4-night stay, and a 6 night stay in this period... no cheap HP in the Zurich area (yet), so will need to find another cheap option for a 1 nighter prior to the other stays. SLH does have some acceptable rates.

I don’t like it, either, but the bolded part explains why it’s not a “silly rule.” These promos aren’t meant to reward people for their already-planned stays.

The wording on the Weekend Stay 1,500 points is confusing. Do I need one stay, any night, before I start getting the weekend stay bonus or do I need one weekend stay before I start getting the weekend stay bonus.

World of Hyatt credit cardmembers can ALSO earn 1,500 Bonus Points with each qualifying stay, starting with the second, that includes a Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.

I’m confident that one stay will trigger eligibility for both, but the wording could be clearer.

I'm totally confused.... It seems the promos overlap or are they giving CC holders an additional bonus for a weekend stay?

Yes, they overlap. The weekend one is a bonus for WoH CC holders.

If going to ATL, stack this:

“Stay at least two consecutive nights at any participating Hyatt hotel in Atlanta between January 1 and April 12, 2020, and you can receive $25 in hotel credit to use during your trip towards dining, parking and more. Terms apply.”

Also check your Chase Hyatt offers. One of my cards has 15% off at Hyatt House, but expiring this week. Have not looked at Amex.

Is there a difference between "eligible" stay and "qualifying stay"? ie, if I use points, or free night certificate, will that count? Or does a points/cash stay count? Or is it only the full rate stays that count?

apologies if this is stated somewhere already. I just looked around for 10 minutes and didn't see the answer anywhere.

Did you look at the FAQs here: https://world.hyatt.com/content/gp/e...urneys-US.html ? Among other things, it says "For the purpose of this offer, an eligible stay is defined as any stay at a participating hotel where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award for at least one night of their stay."

Is the Brand Explorer promotion still on? I don't see anything about it on the Hyatt site any more.
