If you are having trouble with the link then try it on a non-mobile device. For some reason it works for me with my laptop but not my tablette.

I checked this on some thailand hotels and the discount was 15%. Not worth it if you ask me as its non refundable.

Paul, neither I nor anyone I know has had any problems using this rate. I always have a print off of friends details etc with me, but have never been asked for it.

Used this at the Holiday Inn Almaty (Kazakhstan) and was asked for the voucher at check-in. Luckily they spoke little English and after I feigned ignorance for 2 minutes, they gave up and let me check-in without problems.

Hello,

I am extremely new to this forum. Just wanted to check something with the experts since this is my first time reading this thread. 1. Book through the link. 2. Print the F&F voucher. 3. Present the voucher in case they ask. Is that all to this?

Also, there are some codes for free points? Will using these codes be invalidated because of the F&F? Or can I stack the coupons?

You are correct in what to do. You will not get points on a Friends & Family rate, though. That's the trade-off for the most times lower rate.

I used Lisa Berry's F&F. Do I need to provide an employee number of hers or can I just write Lisa Berry? Thanks for the help.

Nothing else needed, just her name.

Having no credit for the points is still worth it for the F&F rate.

Are there any Ambassadors who have used the F&F discount at the IC Singapore and gotten the one step up upgrade? Or do you forfeit that when you use the F&F rate?
