I'm still seeing some NFAF availability at the Fairmont Sonoma in May:
weekend of May 8-10 is $189/nt
I think that most weekdays are $139

Or hustle over to Telluride for the rest of this week in their extended ski season. A 1400sqft, 2BR/2Bath residence is available for $169. A 2000sqft, 3BR2Bath residence is $229. Same rates are available for July 4th weekend and I would guess most other nights within the next 90 days.

Memorial Day weekend at the Fairmont Mayakoba is available for $119.

Just a quick note ... I phoned the Fairmont Reservation Line today and asked what was required to get the NFAF deal and here is what I told. You can complete the deal just using the NFAF code, however, when you check in, if you do not have the Booker ID#, you will be charged the going daily rate, whatever it is a that time.

Don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but don't want any nasty surprises for anyone either

Cheers

I don't think it is related to the availability issue. Using my iPhone/Safari, it gives the same response for using NFAF for ALL hotels. I checked about 20 hotels including ones that people said they have got the NFAF rate at. It tells me that the Promotion Code used is Not Valid. When I am at home on my laptop using Firefox or IE, it works fine, just not with iPhone/Safari. The hotel in particular I am looking at shows an amazing rate for April, May, and June, but nothing at all in July or August. The 90 day thing might be in effect. It is very low season at the hotel I am looking at, and there are MANY different rates and rooms available on the dates in August I am interested in. I will just keep my fingers crossed the rate is there 90 days out.

In regards to this thread...

Keep it on topic. Period. Any continued discussion on the morals of the offer will be deleted. Any posts by Fairmont employees soliciting to provide codes or appeals for Fairmont employees to email a code will be deleted. As always, use the private message feature if you seek a trade of discount code information.

Thank you.
It is now pretty evident the deal on this forum is only valid with a booker ID number. What good is this thread if there isn't a booker ID or someone that offers it to whoever is looking for one. The ID isn't posted on the thread itself so it doesn't break any of Fairmont's conditions.

Does anyone know if there are any special terms of this promotion? Can the rooms be cancelled?

If someone has the T&C, can you please post them?

Thanks,

~ Kelly

Cancellation term varies by hotel. Do a search for the rate at the hotel you want and then click on the rate summary. It will tell you the cancellation period. For instance, at the Kea Lani it requires 3 weeks notice. In Scottsdale it is 7 days.

Where does the booker id get inputed on the website? I see a space for IATA and RES plus.

Booker ID does not work for Raffles or Swiss Hotels. Booker ID number box is on the third page when you are making your reservation with Fairmont hotels.
