update on Entertainment/hotels.com rebates
Am 4-for-4 in receiving them now, with a fifth recently mailed in. They post as credits back to the card you used for payment of the reservation. They also send a confirmation e-mail to the address linked to the reservation. It has taken between 3 and 5 weeks from sending (I used certified mail on the $140 and $250 requests).
Do note that there are other hotels.com rebate deals out there with less-generous payback tables than the Entertainment one. To be eligible for the Entertainment one you have to book online through the entertainment.com site (though it's the same engine and prices). A reading of the T&Cs would seem to indicate that you can't use 10%-off or other codes and still be eligible for the rebate, but "deals" on the website like third-night-free don't seem to affect it (i.e. a 3-night booking gets a 3-night rebate even if the third night was "free.")
Dunno if they have the same deal in Canada books. Sometimes Canadians are "special" (or get enhanced).

The Royal View Hotel and Harbour Plaza Resort City in Hong Kong are both selling for £39 a night before tax and before coupon use on hotels.com now. Also the Gold Coast Hotel was selling for about the same price. I highly recommended these hotels and their prices with the hotels.com coupon!^
