72 hr cancellation. Book before December 1st. One time use
The cancellation policy makes it attractive, but still more expensive than Hotwire. For my dates, using this code $24.75 a night. Hotwire $21.75 a night, and you can book as many nights as you want.

Click the link in the wiki (top of this page) https://www.mgmresorts.com/en/mlife-...yal-offer.html. It says book by July 31, 2017 but when you click from that page to any of the specific hotels it shows availability until March 31, 2018. Terms and conditions also appear on the booking page for each hotel. I don't think they ever check RC membership, but it's free to join, so I did that before using the offer just in case.

I’m getting a system maintenance message on all the Hotel links when clicking from the RC landing page. Which may be valid of course so I’ll try later!

It seems to be working now and they've changed the date on the landing page to March 31, 2018.

It is working again now

Before I pull the trigger can I just check that you do get the quoted credit amount with no catches? The reason I ask is that for my dates the credit amount is actual about equal or greater than the cost of the rooms themselves.

Thanks!

I've never heard of anyone having any problems with this offer. I used it once at Mirage when the credit was a bit more than the room cost (before taxes and resort fee). It's not too unusual in Vegas to get free or very cheap rooms since they figure they'll get your money somehow (overpriced pool drinks, slot machines, etc.). Enjoy!

Thanks. It’s actually Mirage I’m looking at due to its location. Can you use the credit easily for breakfast and dinner? I was looking at the steakhouse there for example

The time of day doesn't matter but I'm not sure if the steakhouse is covered by this credit. I've only used them for buffets. I know that there has been alot of discussion on here about what restaurants are or are not included, so a search should turn that up for you.

Christmas holiday bookings in Las Vegas

Slickdeals posters are reporting the following:

Hotwire is running a sale between 12/8 - 12/28 where you can book a 5 Star Hotel in Vegas for $50 a night (two night max).

To search the deal - date range has to be between 12/8 - 12/28, Guest setting default - 1 room 2 adults (if you change this the deal won't show)

Few notes - Hotrate deals will only show the Hotel after booking. This is non-refundable. There's also a resort fee that's added on at the end that's from the hotel, so you're looking at $200-ish all in for the stay.

One poster has reported getting Five Star North Strip - Weekend $50 + $44 (resort fee) Grand Canal Shoppes area---Palazzo

This should be front page. Especially on weekends when rooms in Vegas are very high. It's a legit deal and the hotels coming back are the Bellagio, Trump, Pallazzo, Vdara, etc. The problem with Hotwire is usually their "booking fees" (on top of resort fees) are often outrageous in Vegas. On this promo, with which they obviously want good press, their booking fees are low.

If I hadn't just gone last week I'd book for December !
