As for deals, there are some decent ones on Cheap Las Vegas Specials, Las Vegas Hotel Deals, Free Vegas Coupons (username: guest pw: guest) right now. It's the same as the other Stay, Sip and Dine offer posted earlier, but the rates are much lower.

For Caesars, try this guide, seems to have the best prices. Randomly there will be free rooms too, but on the lower quality properties like Rio/Harrahs/etc.

my comment was somewhat rhetorical as i clicked the link provided and received the 500,000,000 chips but they are not the redeemable (gold) chips but the playable (red) chips in the app therefore its just a free giveaway to continue playing in the hopes of accruing the redeemable chips

I haven't seen anything for Royal Caribbean offers at Mlife properties in quite a while. I suspect something went bad in the relationship between the two companies because you no longer earn Mlife credits for gambling on Royal Caribbean any more either.
