What a waste of planning (ie. choosing dates, making tenative arrangements) and effort. LHW had better offer some amazing deals to those of who tried book. At least we can prove it by our posts here.

I just spoke to one of the Regional managers at LHW and she confirmed that the problem is due to a queuing system in place.

One person out and then one person in.

With about 250,000 people trying to get in, this means it will be almost impossible.
