Error

When I try to pay..it gives me an error message and tell me the call up the call center( or something similar)

The same as what you would see on Hyatt.com

The site is showing a 99.9% discount in yen.

The confirmation web page shows the rate booked. I'd save a copy of that page and the original URL with session ID.

Hmm the issue I see is that the confirmation email has the correct price and when you print the confirmation, it also has the right price. So if one was to book and dispute it, it might be a tough.

Thanks..for some reason when I was trying to book, it gave me an error.

And from I could see, I think the system was unable to show all the digits after the comma. Hence, 100yen when it should be 100,000 yen. I tried booking 3 rooms for 5 nights and the total was 4.26 yen

The print confirmation is weird. It shows me the low rate for the room I booked, then a large taxes and fees number, following by a massive price that is not the sum of the previous two numbers. So the booked room rate does seem to be saved somewhere.

Well if you click manage reservation in the email, it shows the actual price.
So, yeah, as I see it I don't see this getting honored.
