Riu Miami Beach - 122$+ many dates in Feb
The Riu Miami beach is for 122$ plus taxes or 139$ all in for many dates in Feb, and potentially march, but I haven't checked those.
The hotel normally goes for 320$+ so it's a solid deal. It's right on the beach, and one of the rare Miami beach hotels which doesn't charge resort fees.
Free breakfast included if you book directly on the hotel website. (coupons don't apply on orbitz or cheaptickets, dunno about the rest)

Definitely seeing these prices 2/6-9. Not seeing any other dates in February. There are plenty of dates that report no rooms available. A spot check of a few dates in March makes me think the deal isn't available then, but correct me if I'm wrong.

I have tried several dates for 1st March through 20th, no rooms available then.
