Just came across of this on Orbitz, Suite at the GH San Francisco check in 12/31/16 and out on 1/2/17, $179 for a suite, nonrefundable rate. Other date combination doesn't seem to work.

It is very specifically 12/31 to 1/2, also showing up on hotels.com. If it were one night earlier it would work nicely for me. Shame it's not refundable really.

There is a higher chance of the property honoring the rate when it is non refundable :)

I see the prices at the nearby Hilton almost match this price on the same dates, junior suite.

Nice Find....if it ONLY wouldn't be so crowded after the fireworks in SF....been there twice in the past.
