Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago St. Charles $35
Rates are usually $135+ here so you may imagine what happened.
May 5th is the only date we saw - might be more.
on Booking.com for $35.10 | $39 on marriott.com

It clearly is a typo. Lowest rate for that property is $129/night. The entire first week of may is showing up as $139 every other night of the week. I'm guessing the property's revenue management team mistyped. Curious to see if they'll honor it or not; do report back!

Looks like it is gone. When I search for May 5-6, 2016 on http://www.marriott.com I get the following message:
