(Looks like the deal is gone now)
I only looked for November this year, but other dates may be available. Looks a reasonable hotel for the price. Book at 'Design Hotels' website:

$12 is for non-cancellable prepay rate. Cancellable 'pay at hotel' rate available for $15. 'Deluxe Double' only.

The Park is a pretty good hotel, among the better in the city--not the Oberoi/ITC, but for this price this is a remarkably good deal.
