You can probably also stack with the $50 AMEX offer by using your registered AMEX card through Paypal. And don't forget to book through the Virgin America site for 1500 points.

I do not believe this is stackable with referral credits. Those credits apply as a coupon, rather than a deduction, hence it's one or the other.

you have to choose paypal for payment option, and then a coupon area shows up, it's small and hard to see but it's there near the total |

Will this really stack with the Amex 50/100 offer? If I link my Amex to my paypal will the charge count as an Airbnb charge ? Or a paypal one?
