Blatantly taken from ExtremeHotelDeals

Was able to book several holiday weekends in 2016. Rate is about $19 w/ fees and taxes. Was able to book on Marriott.com

Christmas Holidays 2015 all booked up.

Parking cost is 37per day. Does anyone know if there's an alternative Parking nearby that's less expensive?

Marriott is notoriously bad at honoring mistake rates. I've had my share of cancellations with no compensation with them over the years.

Yes there was a recent case with Courtyard Hong Kong - a lot of people scored the mistake rate of $25 at marriott.com. They sent out emails to tell people that they can still get a room at $250-10%, no compensation, like a slap on your face.

Looks to be gone already, unless there is a trick to get it to show up?
Too bad, even with the ridiculous parking it would be a nice deal for a weekend in SA.

There is cheaper parking nearby ($15 or so) but no in and out privileges.

What do you expect?

They quickly admit to the mistake, fix it, then communicate. Where in their T&C do you see that they compensate for mistake reservations? I'm not sure what they are doing wrong. You want them to point you to the exact paragraph of the T&C?

Also look at their performance on BRG. Much better than rivals IMHO. I think Marriott's performance and consistency relating to reservations is one of the best.

Using this site: http://www.bestparking.com/san-antonio-parking/

There is a $10/day surface lot two blocks away I've parked in before.

The city garage next to the Rivercenter mall is $18/day.

Also, the biggest IMAX screen in Texas (which does 70mm too) is near here. Tried to get dates over christmas to see star wars, but none were available :/

Their BRG performance may have been better in the past. Now, they blatantly deny claims based on a bogus template response, "Rate cannot be found".
