I also got charged correctly for hotel expect car rental
i will be using a rental car on next Tuesday , thinking to call to the bank for the dispute after my trip ended.(or any better way?)
btw, do they have TOLL free number ?

Have you spent much time out of Montreal? Hell, even in Quebec City (outside of the tourist center) not that many people speak English. Good luck finding some fluent English speakers in Chicoutimi.

A few of the charges on my card are possibly incorrect and I would like to speak to them or email them.
Called the number on the initial booking page but got a run around saying I needed to have a Germany or Austria issued credit card to deal with travel services.
Email satisfactory as well of course.

Funny I was in Chicoutimi and most of the people at UQAC spoke passable English. :P But I heed your point.
