this is at the end of the terms & conditions just before you confirm the booking....
"All rates are based on availability and are subject to change until booked. Floridays Resort can not guarantee any rates until booked and is not responsible for any rates increases prior to booked reservations."
sounds like it might be easy for them to change the rate.

Orlando deal
Booked for three nights from January 9-12th of 2015 which it appears is the last day the deal is available. Total including resort fee and tax was $162 total.
