I used cleartrip.ae monday promo to book several hotel nights in Tokyo and Kyoto at half price with no problem. The promo works for hotel chains like Hyatt, Best Western etc. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Cleartrip.com is also competitive for booking hotels in India and is one of the few online agencies that allows booking of indian trains from abroad. Opening a cleartrip.com account is a bit tricky because an indian cell phone number is required.

I just saw offers for european destinations twice. Do you know if there are offers for south-east-asia (Malaysia, Bali, Singapore)?

Thumbs down

And again a failed reservation in BKK:

After the Millenium Hilton already failed twice, this is so annoying. Especially as the double currency conversion (debit and credit) leads to 1-2 € I have to pay myself (each time)

That's weird. I'm staying at a Doubletree hotel booked via this promotion now!

Hi soulgem, how did you manage to get half the price for your hotels in Japan? Care to share the codes or how to book? Thanks in advance!

Using the promo code ITSMONDAY, one free night for a 2 night reservation, I booked the Hyatt Regency Tokyo at $160 for two nights and the Vista Premio in Kyoto (former Best Western) at $66 for two nights. During the Monday promo, some hotel rates seem inflated compared to other OTA, if you pick a hotel with a non inflated price, once you apply the promo code the promo, the rate will drop to about half price. This promo code works best for hotels with a daily published rate of 350 emirati dirham or under. The promo code doesn't apply to the hotels falling into the "Pay at the hotel" category.

Hi, soulgems, thank you very much for your reply. I read thru the thread and applied 'ITSMONDAY' but got this 'this may not be matching the code sent to you'. May I ask if they send codes to the subscribers every Monday? Or can we assume that it's the same every week? I will amy heading to Tokyo in mid March and hope to score a good bargain. Thanks!
