We've got a quick trip coming up in May, so I plugged in my dates to see if I could get 40% off. For us, going through Orbitz with the code "DISCOVER" gave us MUCH better prices. In fact, Disney's own website was cheaper, too.
3 nights: May 9-11, 2014/check out May 12 - Contemporary Hotel, Garden View room, 2 adults:
$1,073.43 = Orbitz incl taxes/fees (w/code Discover)
$1,291.53 = Booking on Disney's website w/Spring Promotion
$1,443.31 = ExpediaUK (867.72 pounds); it said the code "happytravel10" was expired.
I'm booking with Orbitz.

Lake View is 65 points for May 9-12 @ around $12 a point = $780. May not be any left, though. Generally need to book about 7 months out.
Magic Kingdom View would be under $1000.

EDIT: Apparently not quite. Quoted from Dis user Samaya:
And there's still a few reasonable discounted room rates to be found, best are possibly over Thanksgiving, not as good as what they were but still worth checking your dates and comparing/monitoring.....
So here's a few current examples for 7-nights checking in Saturday 22nd November over Thanksgiving.
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, Standard View Room 2-adults plus 2-children for £389.62 ($648)
Rack rate or US-Expedia current price $1,078.
Saving $430 or about 40% off rack rate.
Disney's Art of Animation Resort in any of the Family suite's for 6-guest £1,266 ($2,105)
Rack rate or US-Expedia current price $2,920.
Saving $815 or about 28% off rack rate.
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Standard View 2-adults plus 2-children for£1,142 ($1,898)
Rack rate or US-Expedia current price $2,931.
Saving $1,033 or about 35% off rack rate.
Clearly, the prices above are not as good as they were in Jan and Feb and we really can't say if you'll see those very low rates again this year, time will tell so keep monitoring the UK-Expedia site and best of luck.
