This is not a particularly low rate for a nonrefundable weekend stay in August for DC. A lot of nicer properties are available in the $100-120 range the same dates. (I.e., Hyatt Regency for $109, Washington Marriott $99)

It's $79 on Marriott.com for prepaid, and $99 for fully cancelable, so unlikely youll get a LNF.
