This post inspired me to add an extra day to my reservation, in case I need additional time for pizza. Mmmmmmm butter crust....

That's your best bet!

Pizano's on Madison is also very good. But Lou's is better.
This is a 2.2 mile walk away. Better be worth it

dead now? <--no
sorry, I don't know what happened, but my safari browser keeps giving me errors. Changed to chrome and booked it.

I booked five days straight. Would they allow me to adjust the length of the stay if I turn out only need two days, for example, Jan 2-Jan 4? From my previous experience with Starwood, they don't let me do that. Thanks!

Nothing but a short stride in the ''crisp'' Chicago weather for a man pumped up with carbohydrates who after eagerly consuming his first course at the local pizza joint is now chomping at the bit in anticipation of the main event ...

It's 0.3 miles from the hotel to Lou Malnati's on South State. You must have searched the other location on North State.

Thanks, I didn't look for the specific location. Just the one that Google offered me

You are right...why has nobody thought of this before??

It's all coming together now...''the Chicago Pizza Crawl Company Inc'' ..what a fantastic idea !

It will be so entertaining that we can use the slogan '' you don't have to like pizza but it helps''

Just booked for January 1st. I may or may not be here (live in Chicago suburbs) but that rate is great for downtown.

Thanks for sharing a great find. I'm booked for Jan. 1-5. Chicago is one of my favorite cities, so love the chance to go back without breaking the bank.
