Booked presidential suite for 3 nights in November. just got voucher. Finger crossed.

Could they cancel till last day before departure?

I probably can tell you the reason why Hilton is that cheap- they've just finished building it in Kiev. Just take a look at it on google maps.

I remember going that way when I was in Kiev (if I'm not wrong it was in September 2013) - it was not ready yet.

Despite being very close to the garden, the street on which this hotel is located is quite noisy during commuter hours.

Then why are the rates on the Hilton website 10x higher? Your argument makes no sense.

+1 That and every other booking site i've been to has listed prices similar to the hilton website. This is most probably just a mistake on agoda's part.

Hehe, now let's wait for the cancellations. Can they do that on a non-ref reservation?

Happened to me also. Tried to book dozens of times with no result. Then, changed Firefox to IE and my booking went thru immediately.
