GetAroom.com has the classic guest room one bed for Jan 27 $111.30 and the 28 for $125.30.

Expedia shows $169.00 per night both sites have free cancellation.

You know what to do.

I've found it for $139/night on a travel site that I own but $111 is an absolute steal.
