....great rate but is the hotel a dump?
I also had booked at the $21.89 rate (about $25 with taxes) and it included a full breakfast for 2. Unfortunately, I got spooked by the poor reviews of this hotel which was recently a (badly worn from the reviews) Wyndham hotel and hasn't been upgraded yet. Just cancelled and now I see the rates have shot back up to $154/nt plus taxes.
