Booked the Sunset Suite for 3 nights in Jan.

Lets see what happens? Are they going to honor all rooms/suites? Diamond vs. Platinum vs. no status?

Somehow I can't see them honoring any of the $0 rates ... though I'm hoping they'll offer a deeply discounted rate. The Andaz wouldn't be my first choice of hotels in LA, but if they offer a special discount then I'm sure I'll be tempted away from one of their competitors.

Hopefully this can work out beneficial for us and them!

For those of you who booked the Sunset Suite:

On the reservation, it says that it has a balcony.

According to the hotel website, only the Pentouse has a balcony.

Is there a chance that they also screwed up on the room types offered online?

Repriced!

Just checked my reservations online, and they've re-priced to indicate what I presume is the regular rate. The area that was blank for rate info, now has real rate info.

Interesting. I booked the suite, so I can negotiate down to a regular room when they squawk.
