Any place to shower in HKG?

I'll be in-transit through HKG for a few hours. What are my options for "freshening up"

It's a OW coach award ticket - my only status is UA 2P.

Thanks.

There is the the Plaza Traveler's Lounge. Most people think its services are overpriced, but they do have showers available for HK$65.

The Plaza Traveler's Lounge website states clearly that only pax with outbound boarding passes are to be admitted.

Does anyone know if this is really enforced?

The Plaza Lounge is accessed from the departure level. Without a boarding pass to an outbound flight, I don't see how you can get to the lounge.

Any updates on this? I will arrive in HKG on a longhaul this week, have a lunch meeting in the city and then fly on to the mainland late afternoon. Is there a chance to shower landside without paying for a day room?

T2

There is a Plaza Arrivals Lounge in T2 - not sure if it's open yet or not.

Also there is a mini-spa which does massages and the like which is already open. They may have a shower available in there.

Both are located on the ground floor of T2 - landside.

It seems not to have opened yet and I couldn't find anything else landside so used the Regal hotel "spa". Not bad, after a sauna, shower and rest by the outside pool the train ride into the city was almost serene. ^

Did you need a room for this or just went to the Spa and got a shower? If so, how much was it?

Thanks

I have also used the Regal facilities. Both times I arrived on Sunday and it was HKD250, but believe it is HKD150 in the week. For this you are a day guest at the spa, and can use shower, sauna, pools etc. ^

Yes. 150HKD is the basic price. You can also get a haircut, shave or various massage options for more.
