HK Layover for 16 hours

HK Layover for 16 hours
Hi everyone!
We are having a 16 hours lay over in HK, and planning to do Disney land as we arrive in HK by 0845AM and be flying back to DXB by 0130AM the next day.
Q. Will they hand back our Check in Luggage until our next flight, or they will keep it already? as I have 3 Big bags, upon research its very costly to keep the luggage in the Airport for storage.

Would be helpful if you could confirm the airline - given the destination one would think Emirates, but a confirmation would be good.

December 18 - DXB - HK (6Hrs) Lay Over - MNL
January 15 MNL - HK (16Hrs) Lay Over - DXB
Airline will be Cathay Pacific Airways for both.
