July holidays in HK?

I'm trying to book a car at Avis HKG for July 21, and it keeps saying that the location is closed due to holiday hours. I Googled and didn't find anything for that time frame. Is there some super secret squirrel holiday we don't know about?

Nope. Probably a bug on their website.

Seems to be a problem with the HK airport location. Same error on other days too.

The other locations work but the cost is incredible. HK$3700 for a Honda Jazz for 1 day. That's an aweful lot of taxi rides!
