A request for your expertice
 

Hi all,

I am in the process of writing my undergraduate thesis in 'business administration and service management' at Copenhagen Business School.
My project is about the negatives (and possible improvements) of yield management, focussing on overbooking situations. I am sure that many of you can relate to this, both positively and negatively.

Although my thesis focusses on the hotel industry, and predominantly on Hilton, I hope that many of you can be of great help to me.

I have compiled a short survey regarding the scope of my project, which I would really appreciate if you could take a few minutes to answer.
It is not that long, but will ultimately provide me with necessary quantitative research to substantiate my points.
