Outdated stuff on Diamond replacement card
 

Hiltons struggle with postal addresses of countries that does not have any Hilton group properties in it. It is city name without a country in my case. Sometimes I receive the card with a huge delay, sometimes not at all. I was told that also others have the same issue. Like with Poland before Hilton Warsaw was built.

I requested a replacement a week before previous card was about to expire. Meanwhile I got the original one that traveled to me quite a while. It was a black one, new design. Today I got another one which said it is a replacement card. This looks more like the old diamond card just without the relief. The weird stuff is that it lists Scandic and Coral by Hilton on the other side.

I wonder why do they maintain two different diamond cards?

I've *still* not received a Blue, Silver or Gold card. Nor did my requested replacement Gold arrive.

I should be waiting for a sparkling new Diamond, but only 1/3rd of my points from a recent stay turned up (3 consecutive bookings paid at once.. my mistake to make it complicated).

I'm wondering if asking the Diamond desk might be a more effective way to get a card.
