Honors/Delta Offer- 1000 bonus miles, 1000 MQM's

I didn't see this posted anywhere here or on the Delta forum.

http://www.hiltonhhonors.com/process...ousandsofmiles

Now through May 31, 2008, every stay of two or more nights with the Hilton Family, Delta’s preferred hotel partner, earns you 1,000 Medallion® Qualification Miles and 1,000 bonus SkyMiles®. With more than 3,000 Hilton Family hotels around the world and virtually everywhere Delta flies, it’s a super-fast way to earn Medallion status.

Start Earning Miles:
Register for the promotion by entering your Hilton HHonors account number and PIN on the left.
Visit hiltonhhonors.com and sign in to your HHonors account. Under My Profile/ Earning Points and Miles, select Delta Air Lines as your preferred partner to earn Points & Miles® for your stays.
Book your stays at HiltonHHonors.com.

I participated in the quadruple Skymiles promotion for a five night stay in DC in February, but for the six night stay that I have in Greenbelt, Maryland later this month, I am questioning whether it makes sense to participate in this new promotion or whether I should instead just stick with earning Points and More Points. I am an Hhonors Silver and presently have no elite Status with Delta, nor am I likely to fly enough this year with them to get to Silver, so the MQM bonus does not really matter that much to me. For my flight in February, I flew on US Air and Frontier to DCA because my company requires me to fly on connecting flights instead of nonstops if the price savings is more than $150, which it was in that case. This time, I will be nonstop on Delta to BWI.
