Logged into my HH account this morning to plan some April travel and lo and behold - my points are back from Scandic-land. Thank you DD!

Can't recall that anyone else here posted that they were in the same predicament, but know that it is not hopeless.

Well, I'm pretty sure no one would have called me at home in response to my email. On the one hand, that's a shame. On the other hand, if you're going to take care of anyone, it should be your best customers.

This issue really did practically take an act of congress (and 2 months) to resolve. I have to imagine Hilton didn't expend that degree of effort for everyone.
