I cannot speak personally regarding the Conrad Guangzhou, but to my knowledge, at other Conrads, they are not restricted to Diamond members.

Two weeks ago at our wedding at the Conrad Hong Kong, we had these lovely teddies on our bed. We kept them as a souvenir and everything was just perfection.
