Just got an email from Conrad Maldives saying they only give those out to children? Was that a change in policy? Anyone knows?
BUMP.

Heading to Conrad Maldives, Conrad Koh Samui, and possibly Conrad Bangkok. Should I make extra room in my luggage?

Does Conrad Maldives give multiple plushes? Trying to think of a way to collect them. Can we get multiple on the same visit? For the ones with multiples in the pictures above, were they from multiple stays?

My plastic elephant from Conrad Bangkok had mold in it =( I had to throw it out. The water inside doesn't really dry...=(

When I stayed at the Conrad Maldives last year, I got a red crab. Was hoping they put a new animal with every turn down but they didn't. So I asked the staff member taking care of my room if I could the other animals, to which he said sure. The following evening I got someone bringing me another crab and that was it.

The latest addition... Istanbul.

It's about 2-3 times the size of the bears I've received in Asia. Based on that, I don't expect that they would be left in the rooms for every guest to take...

I emailed the hotel in advance and was quoted a price of 25 euros (plus shipping if I wanted it delivered). Then I mentioned that I was going to be in Istanbul (but not staying at the Conrad) and wanted a souvenir for the kids. They just told me to come by and pick it up. No charge in the end... Above-and-beyond service. ^

Does Ritz-Carlton really also give out stuffed toys? I'm going to stay at one next week. I searched the RC forum and browsed the web but couldn't find any reference to it.

Does anyone have Osaka Conrad toy yet? It is another bear? Does it look similar to Tokyo collection or more like Singapore/HKG/Seoul ones?

                                            Thank you,

Conrad Singapore a few months ago had a batik key chain sized bear in the room. In the gift shop they had two others of a similar size as well as a huge red one for sale. Can't remember exact prices but I think small ones were ~$10 USD and the large one was $50 or so.

I was at the Conrad Singapore this past week and received the small batik bear with a hard hat, reflecting the ongoing refurbishment work at the hotel.
