Currently there is a fair amount of construction around and in building 3? I am in the ocean view suite and can hear the noise when it begins at 0800. It also can be heard from the main pool and minimally at the suites pool. Grinding, power tools, hammering. Annoying but seems to last until 1700. RIN closed for breakfast and was told not going to be open in the foreseeable future (for breakfast) and probably after a remodel. I did mention this and was offered room service breakfast if I wanted it as the main breakfast is crowded and noisy from the holiday kids and video chat calls.

Hotel must be a lot busier now, as breakfast was peaceful when I was thre 2 weeks back. Getting to Christmas I suppose.
which ocean view suite are you in/which block? I couldn't hear anything from mine (1316) or my pool access suite (1110) but they were both away from construction.

also- breakfast venue has improved markedly and the food has too. Was very impressed.
main issue with the renovation is the mini-sun they installed into the air conditioning panel. These things are BRIGHT and right next to the bed.

In the sense of Rin for tea and the lounge all day generally and cocktails in the evening? Yes.
And lobby lounge for those with kids. Yes.

I don't understand, one person said Rin is closed and a lot of constructions are going on right now. And another said, construction no problem, everything is ok.
So please help me, I have reservation for 3 weeks in January, I still can cancel. Give me a good advice please.

Rin breakfast is closed.
Obviously it depends on where your room is and your noise sensitivity. No one can choose but you. Just make a choice and be happy with it.

Also, the two posts aren't mutually exclusive at all. There can be a lot of construction and it not be a huge hassle/impact.
Why not ask the hotel your exact questions about what will affect you most?

Did you get Suites Pool acces however you did not stay in a "Conrad Suite"?

Yes, but I'm not sure if it's because this is routine still or because it was yet another return visit (I've made 5 or 6 last 7 years and my parents go for 10 or so nights most years too, so they know us).
I tried to ask but didn't really get an answer that generalised.

I am here currently and use the suites pool daily and not staying in a "Conrad Suite". I was told diamond status grants access.

Last evening they were doing grinding at 8:30pm until I asked them to stop. As part of my suite faces the area of construction it makes the noise more obvious with power tools and hammering of stones. I've given up using the sun balcony during the day from the noise and trek over to the suites pool. I think building one, the suites, or rooms looking toward the wedding chapel would limit noise.

I'd prefer not to say until I checkout but I would certainly avoid those rooms.

What size are the beds in the twin rooms?
They appear to be two doubles or queens, and not single beds.

The "twin" beds in the Suites are king-sized. I will bet that the non-Suites twins are also at least double or queen sized.
