Welcome to FT.
However, one of the first pieces of advice: get very, very familiar with the SEARCH function on FlyerTalk. It's not the best (most flexible) search engine around, but it is reasonable ... and you will likely get YELLED AT (a lot) for not indicating that you have used it before posting questions.
That said, here is a brief list of some of the properties which ms. jmd001 and I have enjoyed the most (more less in descending order):
1. Hilton Rome Cavalieri, Italy
2. Hilton Vienna Plaza, Austria
3. Hilton Waikoloa Village, HI
4. Waldorf=Astoria, NYC
5. Hilton Sorrento, Italy
If the Jalousie Hilton on St. Lucia were still a Hilton, I would probably put in at #2, but (regrettably) it is no longer a Hilton
In general, I would say we had great experiences at all these because we are Diamond. With less status, YMMV. (Under the Help drop down menu, check out "Glossary" if you don't understand the acronym.)

The Rome Cavalieri is #1 on my list, remote location notwithstanding. As a Gold, I was given lounge access to the best Hilton lounge in the world. I just had a stay at the Shanghai Hilton and that was pretty great too, with the 37th floor lounge affording a great view of the Shanghai skyline and smog. Stayed at the Buenos Aires Hilton in Feb; that was excellent too. Those are my top three; have a good trip.

My current favourites are:
Hilton Dubrovnik - beautiful location and great staff
Hilton Budapest West End - brilliant lounge
Hilton Rome - pure luxury
Hilton Melbourne Airport - only because it's a really modern hotel with great views of the runways
Also agree that Hilton Cardiff is a good one as well

I'll second the Conrad Bali. We just got back from there.
Staff was excellent--couldn't seem to do enough for us. In particular, the lounge staff was friendly and gracious.
Pools were beautiful, with one smaller infinity pool and one larger pool that wound around the hotel. Get there before 9 am to reserve your cabana for the day.
Restaurants were a bit pricey, but breakfast was included and the buffet was excellent.
You are in Nusa Dua, so a bit far from anything. Great for relaxing.
