What a mess the website is. Spent nearly 2 hours changing 4 of 6 reservations will change the others later.
Got some sort of error on every single one.
a) Booked at one rate confirmations came with higher rates.
b) Went in to cancel, the site would not accept cancellations( even ones made a few minutes before) said the numberss which it brought were invalid.
At one property I had at one time, 4 open reservations for the same day, had to phone in to cancel the other 3.
c) Some rates would'nt come up at all unless you selected " no preference " for smoking.
After trying smoking and then non-smoking.
Am exhuasted will do the other two another day.

1,500 points now??? Is it the beginning of a bidding war? Just a couple days ago they offered 1,000 points for booking online (see http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum57/HTML/002756.html ). I'm wondering if we should wait for a better offer. 2,000 points, anyone?

This may be a private invitation-only mailing. I got one telling me that as a previous online booking user, my profile would no longer be valid and I'd get 1,500 points if I made new reservations.
