Thank you! Helped a lot!
I also called the property, they said they are trying to get rid of the smoking rooms which they have half a dozen of on the 10th floor. Not worth it for us, I think we would rather have the view
I am Diamond, I am still curious as to how many breakfast coupons I will get. I hope it is more then 2 LOL

I don't know about 2 nights parking in the casino, but I have used the casino for overnight parking before. The great thing is that you pay the price that is advertised outside when you leave. If you're leaving in the morning, it will be $5. At night though, the posted price is $20. Parking at the casino is safe and very convenient.

When I've used my quadband GSM phone with a U.S. sim (h2o at the time) from our room at the Hilton Fallsview or at the Fallsview Casino Resort hotel across the street, I had no trouble getting good reception for all our calls to the U.S. Caution though if you're driving out of that general area (near the Niagara River) you'll probably lose your cellphone reception very quickly.
Here's a more recent thread about the Hilton Niagara, hope it helps.

Reviving an old thread here... I'm planning on staying 1 night at Niagara Falls in September. I'm a bit confused though since the Hilton.com website would have me paying a much higher rate (~2x) than the price from https://www.niagarafallshilton.com/index.php
I've reconciled the room types and they are identical, however the link provided above doesn't appear to allow you to enter your HH number although it has HH branding and logos everywhere. It does however ask for your Casino ID. Am I missing something here or just having a blond moment?

Just booked the '2RM TOWER KING SUITE WHRLPL FIREPL PREMIUM VW' for $430.99 CAD. BRG Claim submitted for $244.11 CAD using niagarafallshilton.com.
24 hours... let's see - will report back. Not worried if its not honoured though as its a fully flexible/refundable rate anyway.

I may have spoke a little too soon. I received an updated reservation with the price matched, however the BRG 'Specialist' stated that 'since the lower rate was found on a Hilton website I regret to inform I am unable to validate the claim'. I assume this means it does not qualify for the $50 rebate.
All room types are eligible for the price match nevertheless.

Hilton Niagara Falls (Ontario)
Very successful stay as Gold.
Booked the lowest room. King city view.
Online checkin the day before showed no upgrade. The morning of checkin res was upgraded to King with American falls view. Selected top floor.
On check in. Got key. And full buffet breakfast vouchers.
On checkout day requested late checkout. They would go past 12 until I mentioned in Gold and then they agreed to 2pm.
All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Just back from a nice two night stay here as a Gold member. I booked the cheapest room available, the no view/city view king and was upgraded to a King Whirlpool room with a view of the American Falls on the 42 floor. I was told by the front desk that this was the typical upgrade. They did offer me an upgrade to the Horseshoe Falls view for $20, which I declined. This was a great view with wrap around windows that gave an nice view of the city as well.
Got full buffet breakfast vouchers that could be used in the Grand Café, and for $5 you could upgrade to the Watermark buffet, which had a nice view of the falls on the 33rd floor. We ate here one morning and the Grand Café the next. Sitting outside at the Grand Café was great. Both breakfasts were similar, the Watermark was a bit less crowded.
Also enjoyed two of their bars, one on ground floor with tables next to the sidewalk and the other on the 34th floor with great views.
Great location.
Overall very friendly people with the exception of the concierge. Two interactions with them made me feel like I was an annoyance to them. Also a minor housekeeping issue (Maid cleaning room with the door propped open while my wife was taking a shower without announcing her presence). Both minor issues and overall a nice stay.
