I *think* I saw a shuttle bus at the Hilton, which would also serve the Doubletree across the street. However it's a short distance, less than 10 minutes' drive.

The Shuttle is for going into the Queenstown Central area [maybe a 15 minute trip]. A ferry service is also available..
It is a short drive [and the bridge has been opened with dual lanes - previously it was a single lane operation]. Only suitable to walk with light hand luggage. Not expensive in a taxi.

So did I some weeks ago: automatic reply (on holidays or else)but did not come back to me after that. He stated that during his absence [email protected] would be in charge. Haven’t tried yet but might be an option.
