Creating a dedicated thread for the surprise Conrad Corfu, which I haven't heard of until stumbling upon its property page.

Opening May 2026 as the second Conrad in Greece, following the January opening of the Hilton-turned-Conrad Athens The Ilisian.

Anyone have a rough idea of when they will start taking bookings based on opening May 2026 ?

Reservations online from 1 August 2026. I want to visit that month but we all know it won't open on that date...

I am looking at September and rates are… 500 EUR per night? A bit excessive…?

Conrad Athens is around the same. It might be RACK, but luxury hotel pricing across Greece has skyrocketed.

I wanna try it when it opens but not sure whether it is worth it when you can have the Waldorf for 350 in Berlin or even 120 in Dubai. 🤣

I contacted the hotel via email and they say they’re opening in June but the website booking engine is only from 1 August.

More photos are added and it looks stunning, but wondering whether it’s worth the risk….

I booked for September to be sure 🤣

Anybody knows if the opening is delayed? I have a confirmed booking for September, however if I try to book for August or September now it says that the hotel will start accepting bookings soon…?

Good thing I didn't change my plans

My trip in October was cancelled today without any alternative. Think about legal action, because in the European Union they have to provide an adequate replacement.
All in all very bad customer service and Conrad Corfu will see me never in the future.

Yes, same here for September.
