Problems when redeem the Diamond invitation
I have got a diamond invitation from my friend.
He gave me the link and code. I accessed the link and input the code. However, when I logged into my account, I got an error message "Oops! We've encountered a problem" as the attachment showed. Been having this problem for a month. Took Hilton a week to respond via email. William (forum ambassador) is involved. So far, the response from email customer care are… underwhelming.
Latest response from Hilton says to:

The problem seemed to be happened because I had been invited before. I registered a new account and redeem the code successfully.
Now I had to combine these two accounts. |
Just got an email update from Hilton.
This is a known issue with their internal system. They’re working on it “and should have a fix in the next few days”. |
Still having issues with gifting others.
