Reservation confirmation emails do NOT show Rate Rules & (Cancel) Cancellation Policy

Reservation confirmation emails do NOT show Rate Rules & (Cancel) Cancellation Policy
Anyone noticed that since about the 7th of June 2023 the Hilton reservation confirmation emails do NOT show the Rate Rules and (Cancel) Cancellation Policy anymore ?
All my reservation confirmation emails before the 7th of June 2023 showed all the cancellation and modification deadlines and terms and conditions, but the newer ones do not ! The new ones just a have a link saying "Review Your Cancellation Policy" which takes you to a separate login screen where you have to enter your reservation details again to get the required info.
What's going on ??

Seeing the same.
In the same vein, for the first time in 10 years, I cancelled a reservation a few weeks ago and was billed the full amount. Took 2 weeks to get a refund. Admittedly, I was within the 24 hour deadline, but the FDA was very accommodating and verbally confirmed there would be no penalty. Instantly received the cancellation email. Checked my CC a few days later and was billed the full amount.

Under the new operating system PEP, still not fully rolled out yet companywide, the desk agent can cancel your reservation no problem. But, if you're cancelling after the deadline, they first need to go to the tab that waives any potential charges before they go to the tab that actually cancels the reservation. If they just cancel without waiving, it will be treated as a late cancellation and be automatically charged by PEP during the night audit process.
