Attention Hilton Marketing Dept. - Activate the Offers on the platform then send out the emails, not the other way round - it's really quite simple!

Should've checked here before emailing Customer Care about being not eligible for an offer they emailed me about.... Customer Care has responded that I should "update the Hilton Honors app" which seems...non sequitur

Apart from the inability to sign up, it's a weird promotion. "We've missed you"?? I just completed a 3 night stay in NY yesterday and am close to requalifying for Diamond. I'll take the extra points but I can't imagine why this was targeted at me.

Really very strange this, within a week they already miss me. Got the message on Friday and could not register. Today it suddenly seemed to have disappeared. Somehow it had spontaneously moved to the Spam folder. Successful registration today!
