Hilton.com login issues?
I'm trying to log into the hilton.com web site and keep getting an error:
Something went wrong, and your request wasn't submitted. Please try again later. Anyone else having these issues? I'm also noticing that the login pop-up does not have the captcha any longer. |
I'm not able to login either-same error message. I've been encountering problems making reservations via the web and app for the last few weeks, but now I'm not able to login to the site.

Was getting this over the weekend; resolved for me but not surprising if it is appearing again.

I got that message just now trying to log in using Chrome. I tried with Edge and got right in. Maybe a browser issue?

I just tried Firefox and it worked. How did Hilton kill Chrome? I tried clearing my cache, history, etc and still not able to get in on Chrome.

Yep- multiple fails on Chrome, got right in using Edge.

Use the app…can’t remember the last time I tried to use HH's awful website for anything.

As of 6PM Eastern... no issues logging in via Chrome.
Chrome never worked for me for years. As of a couple of months ago, they changed something and Chrome began working. The issue always arose with the Captcha. Now, I don't even see the Captcha in Chrome. |
I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. The error got resolved on its own within a few days. I was not able to log in on any browser with the same error message.

Resolved for me
I was getting errors most of yesterday, midday. It was resolved by the early evening. I am on New York time.

Anyone still get this issue frequently? I get it on the app and the website. It's getting increasingly infuriating how difficult it's becoming to access my account.

Exactly the same for me on S25 (but posted in the App thread) - people were saying there it was due to the AWS outage, but even if so, I cannot take seriously a company that after half a week cannot sort its ICT infrastructure out, where is their BCP then?

Any recent experiences logging into app with the following message? Was working fine this morning. No VPN. Browser login ok. Very strange.
