No longer have to go to the desktop version of the website to see your FNC certificates and certificate numbers. Now shows on the bottom of the ‘Account’ tab within the iOS app.

Seriously 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
It's 2022, no reason why we shouldn't be able to redeem them online like the Hyatt. When will these companies realize that they waste manpower with menial tasks that customers can perform by themselves?

True, one should be able to redeem them online, but hopefully when they do its better than Marriotts sh*tshow where people try to apply a cert only to find Marriott deducted points instead

They may view it as a waste of manpower to pay expensive IT people to design that functionality when they can pay cheaper customer service representatives to do it.

There's no good reason in my opinion why they don't allow you to redeem online. Especially since the rewards are already coded as standard vs premium
In the past if you couldn't even view them perhaps they hoped a percentage would be forgotten about and never redeemed.
If they've added viewing them to the app, seems no one will forget anymore and you could make the opposite argument that more people will actually promptly redeem now with the improved visibility of expiration dates, etc.
Let's go Hilton and and please make this possible!
