William, as long as Hilton is in a "let's fix your account" mode, can you suggest that when you look at your Activity, that you see the latest activity FIRST, instead of having to choose past 6 months, then scroll to the last page to see the most recent?

I was just about to go through my emails to see if I had any expiring at the end of this month. I checked the desktop website and found the certs there. It also shows the two I used in Jackson, WY over the summer.

I'm guessing they are updating the database for what status everyone is for next year because I lost view of the certs as well along with my diamond status.
